  4. Health-check — the automated Financial Health Check defines needs and shortfalls, with a clear RAG status.
  5. Construct the advice — it passes to the Advice Engine for automated, deterministic advice, which auto-requests any extra data it needs.
  6. Deliver & accept — the recommendation is pushed out through consumer channels, and acceptance is captured.
